In the early years, Caspar Melchior Gebert concentrated on building up his plumbing business. But as early as 1905 he laid the foundations for future growth with the manufacture of wooden cisterns lined with lead and equipped with lead fittings. Patented in 1912, the cisterns were soon being supplied to customers throughout Switzerland and in
neighboring countries.
Geberit Electronic Flushing offers a simple, clean and hygienic solution for the modern public or semi-public washroom.
The hands-free infra-red controlled system ensures that the urinal flushes only after it has been used, thus reducing odours and saving water. The system is unobtrusive, with the only visible element being an attractive infra-red wall plate.
